Rudy

My little one has been in the hospital since Wednesday. This breaks my heaart. I hate having to see him sick.
 We spent all morning in the clinic. His pulse ox was low he was in the lower 90s higher 80s his doctor sent us to get test done and said I would hear back from him in a few hours.
So off we went to get a few test done,
He got tested for the flu and RSV. He had lab drawn and a chest xray.
Then we headed home.
We weren't even there for an hour when Dr. Lovell's nurse (Carrie) called me to go back into the clinic.
They wanted to re-check his oxygen levels.
It was still low :( so he decided it was best to come into the hospital.
So here we are, we have been here since Wednesday. We were hoping to go home yesterday and today but no he still needs oxygen while he sleeps he drops down into the higher 80s and that is still not good for him.
When he is awake he is perfect when he sleeps its what concerns them.
Dr. Lovell said its better to be safe and I agree with him. I prefer to stay here and take him home 100% better then having to come back with him sicker.
God will heal him, slowly but surely.
I believe he is getting better. As I am typing this he is napping and let me say he is not getting oxygen. First time he has not needed oxygen.
He is still in the lower 90s but NO OXYGEN!
Like I said I'm sure god is hearing my prayers and everyone out there praying for him.
Please keep my little man in your thoughts as he continues to get better.

Rafael

Mr.Rafael is really something.
He is done with football he played Qb, lb and receiver and a little on the line.
One word describe him BEAST that boy can play. When I see him play its like I'm seeing. Raul play the 3 boys run alike and play alike. Its neat bc if you know all 3 and have seen it you would agree. Rafael is a sweetheart he is so helpful.
He does excellent in school and is very responsible.
He had his first basketball game Saturday, he needs some practice he can make the baskets but he doesn't know the whole concept of the game. He needs practice lots of it. :)
This is the 1st time he tries basketball hopefully he likes it. He did get #24 just like he wanted that's pretty cool. I'm just glad he is trying different sports.
Rafael loves to play with Rudy, every mrning he comes to check if hes awake and takes him to play with him.

Maggie

This one here is just a huge surprise in a little box. She is such a sweet lovable dramatic little girl. With a huge gorgeous smile. She is doing great at school she wants to be involved in everything. So far she's in choir, K kids and GT.
I'm not sure but I think she mentioned she is also in student council. She can do a ton more but I'm not sure I could handle it. This little lady can talk non stop. Is it mean to say sometimes I zone out. I'm not being mean but she likes to talk more then you can imagine. :) Anyhow Maggie is very dependable. If I need a little help she will help. She loves to play with Rudy. She talks to him endlessly and he seems to enjoy it. She loves to sing. She already has her new song she plans to sing at the talent show next year. She has been practicing a lot. I tell her its still awhile away but she just wants it perfect. She can also be a huge drama queen.
Her and my 7 year old can go at it all day if I wouldn't stop them who knows what would happen.

 Ricardo

He had an awesome football season. Like I said before its nice that they have such good skills for the game hopefully they all keep playing. Maybe they wont become pros but its nice to hear them talk and say I want to be like a certain player when I grow up. Ricardo admires a local high school football player he even wants his same # when he plays for Shs. He wants to be like #10 on the Bulldogs. Raul played with him 2 years and he is just a sophomore starting on varsity. Ricardo loves to see him play. Ricardo is doing good in school. He is doing his homework like he is suppose to. He has been doing a lot of reading on his own he asks for a little help but does it mainly all on his own. He likes school before it was a struggle to get him up now he gets up right away. He has been going through a few phases. We are hoping he gets over them quick.

Rudy

This little man is on the go. He started walking at 10mths, 3 weeks and know 2 weeks before he turns one he is on the go nonstop. He stopped taking his pacifier all by himself when he was around 6 months, one day he just decided he no longer wanted it. He eats anything and I mean anything. :)
 I have discovered his favorite food as of right now is macaroni & cheese he loves it. His favorite toys are the boxes the actual toys come in. He is a lot more interested in the packages. He loves to cuddle with his blankets. He is just lovable everyone enjoys him. He gets a lot of compliments on his big eyes that's the 1st thing they notice when the see him. I love his smile. I love to see the 6 teeth his has. Its just so cute. I think all babies at this age are cute.

Raul is done with football. They didn't have a good season but he's ok with it. This was his 3rd yr playing football for Southwest.
The first 2 years they went 8-2 and this one he went 1-9. His statement for this team was "I'm glad I finally got to play with my friends. I would rather play with them then be on a winning team." He has a huge heart. This was the first yr he was able to win an award given he is actually a 9th grader now. He got an award for outstanding offensive linemen. That was/is great. 
This was his last yr to play Jr high football next time he plays he will play as a bulldog (hopefully).
 He was going to do wrestling but since we have to wait till his transfer is approved and accepted into the law academy at SHS.
He is excited about joining the academy. Maybe then he can do a little wrestling. Anyhow for now he is staying at SW for off season.
He is getting ready for track and field and the weight lifting competition. He had the option to do wrestling at Harber the yr but he decided not to.
Oh yea he had his choir concert and did a great job.

My skinny girl is doing band and choir still.
She had her 1st choir concert and did great. They also had their first band concert last week at the Cougar fiesta.
She told me to be there at a certain time only to arrive during the middle of the second song. :( I was still able to listen to the rest and she did a great job. She is doing great in school. She is also participating in a flag football tournament.
It is being held next week. Can't wait to see her play. She's excited. :),
She has good grades and hasn't been hurting much.
I'm hoping this winter she has a pain free winter and her JRA doesn't bother her much.
She has grown and changed so much. She had her braces removed in October. She has a gorgeous smile. She is always concerned about her grades. You always see her doing homework.
She is still taking a few pre ap classes. She likes to challenge herself a little to much. We have to remind her to take it easy on herself.
Of course she doesn't listen shes to concerned about making the grades.

                                               
                                  Miriam

Miriam hasn't been feeling well. We recently went in to have some lab work done. We are still waiting on results hopefully all is good and this is nothing. For the last couple months she hasn't been feeling well, her bones have been hurting a lot.
 Also either she is extremely tired or suffering from insomnia.
She is also doing great at school.
They haven't had a band concert yet but I have heard her practice she does pretty good.
They did a volleyball game against the 2 other middle schools and they came in 2nd. She likes playing and is planning to try out next year when she goes to Swjh.
She is planning to try out for track in field also.

She is doing very well in school to. Perfect grades couldn't ask for more.
 I did get a call a little ago with the results which have us a little concerned.
We are scheduled to see a specialist , we might have to go to children's hospital in Little Rock if we cant get in to the Lowell one soon. I'm praying everything will be ok.
 I will share details in another post.

These 3 are my teenagers, yes we get the occasional eye rolls and the talking back they may not be perfect but we are proud of all of them.
Being a teen is hard. I remember my teen years. They were great but not easy. So while I could fall on my knees and say I quit, I can't I got four more that are headed (2 have a ways to go) that direction and I honestly don't think the hubby can handle it. Besides I like what I do. Being a mom is hard but it has some great rewards.

I will do my other 4 later tonight I wanted this one just for my 3 oldest ones.

1st post on this new blog

First of all. I have made my other blog private from everyone. Somehow its been giving me issues and wouldn't let me post a single blog. While I'm not sure if I'm going to import that one here I'm keeping it and maybe having it printed.
I'm not sure what I will do with it yet.

Anyhow I will post an updated post later.
For those who read please don't think I did it bc all the sudden I want to not share that is not the case. This will be my main and only blog for now.
